We are no longer a democracy. We cannot claim to practice freedom of speech. Israel has just given us (boycott campaigners) a wonderful gift. Here in the US it is becoming easier and easier to show that Israel deserves to be boycotted because it itself has no respect for academic freedom or cultural openness.
