Allow unlimited shipping into Gaza, but prevent any passage of people and goods through the 1948 border. I recall when Israel fired rubber bullets into mobsof Pales, who later used live fire along with Molotov Coctails. Again and again we see the results of Israel's timidity and PR concerns. NO MATTER what Israel does, they will be condemned ( see latest flotilla incident). Would So korea have allowed the flotilla in? Until Israel understands it is at war, this will continue and only worsen. Next time, perhaps 100 Turkish/Iranian/Syrian vessels will escort a flotilla supplying lollypops. What then? Israel supports humanitarian supplies to be delievered into Gaza. If groups want to send supplies, they should go through the proper channels and the government of Israel will support the delivery.
