The blockade is perfectly legal in a time of war, and maritime law allows the boarding of a vessel in open waters IF that vessel has the intent to run the blockade, or is suspected of contraband. The fact that Turkey supported this act means Turkey is responsible for any deaths AND has declared indirectly a war on Israel. For this, I hope Turkey will pay dearly.
