One can only wonder why Turkey sponsored this international incident. It was clear from the beginning that the IDF would not allow the boats through. It was also clear that extremist Islamic radicals were on board - who had nothing to do with "peace" or "humanitarian goals". So why the Turkish aggression and instigation? Why is Turkey suddenly interested in the "welfare" of the Palestinians? It's obviously clear that the welfare of Gazans has nothing to do with this, and it's strictly Turkey beefing itself up in the Muslim world. Why? Obviously there must be problems at home - we already know that Islamic regimes change the attention to Israel when they are having problems with their home fronts. Worrisome more for NATO and for the Turkish middle class than for Israel. Getting kicked out of NATA can't be far away, and that means no EU membership, and that means Turkey's economy will nosedive. And thus, hatred for Israel will replace good government in Ankarra.

the u.n. needs to dress down the turks that are killings kurds and wiped out millions of amenians. now the turks are testing israels will. this was a low level attack and turkey is preparing for more. they need to be warned that the last attack was the last attack. israel must put all of turkey in its sights and warn that the entire turk population is part of their military supply line and is in israels sights. there will be no hiding.
