Vatican is possibly THE most secretive organization on the planet, with very deep pockets and a rigidly enforced hierarchy. As such, I find it extremely difficult to believe that any leaks from Vatican are unintended. Given its timing, it certainly appears that this leak was put out in order to demonstrate Vatican's position on the current Gaza crisis without taking a responsibility. Vatican has historically been extremely hostile to the State of Israel and has always acted against it in the most despicably underhanded manner. This "leak" is hardly surprising. On the other hand, I do pity the Catholics for being led around by such perfidious, perverse and avaricious organization.
