2. HYPOCRITICAL SELFDECEPTION !!!.
Arn. ,   SWEDEN.   (06.07.10)
O'Keefe described the seizure of the soldiers, "I took one of their guns, and another activist grabbed him. He had a 9mm gun. We didn’t use the weapons against the Israeli soldiers. I unloaded the magazine and took out the bullets – we didn’t come here to fight," he said. WHY DID YOU THEN RESIST ???. Eventually, O'Keefe added, they decided to release the soldiers unharmed. "They looked at us, and thought we were about to kill them, but then we let them go," he said. SELFDECEIVED HYPOCRIT !!!. O'Keefe, 41, is a former Marine, and was defined by the IDF as "a radical Anti-Israeli Hamas activist, whose aim was to train and form a Hamas commando unit in the Gaza Strip." COULD BEE !!!. Arn.
3. "We didn't come to fight"
Farfurfan ,   farfurstan   (06.07.10)
those were walking sticks they were handing out...the slingshots were for shooting seagulls and the knives for for cooking them...of course, the former commandos and marines were on the Marmara to hand out candy and teach crocheting and personal grooming..."we could have done with them whatever we wanted" - so says a sadistic psychopath on a power trip.
4. funny he has not washed his face.

5. More stories to come to highlight and expose the reality
sami ,   Lebanon   (06.07.10)
about the Israeli most moral army .The reward for being human to Israeli commandos , 9 activists were shut dead. "based on a preliminary checks, the IDF did not escort the activists at the airport." What a cheap lies ,this was done purposely, we know all these tricks from our experience history with IDF in Lebanon . "Meanwhile, the airport authorities said they were not familiar with the case. " Which is on cameras on front of all mass media and want us to believe this idiocy. I am disgusted
6. beat at the airport - you mean injured while kidnapping
Mike ,   Oxford UK   (06.07.10)
soldiers. Your group was overpowered which is how the 9 people died. Why do you lie O'Keefe?
7. #4 of course for criminal sadist like you this is funny
sami ,   Lebanon   (06.07.10)
He correctly said ,this nothing to what Palestinian are facing in daily basis.
8. Kenneth O'Keefe
mike ,   israel   (06.07.10)
a quick search on the internet for this name leads one to a site about this persons past "proud "history. the one thing that really stands out is that this person through his actions was pro saddam hassein and was used by the iraqi regime ...his family must be really proud of him
9. #8 He wasn't pro Saddam Hassein,he was against Iraqi war
sami ,   Lebanon   (06.07.10)

Birdi ,   Israel   (06.07.10)
We do have POLICE in Israel Sami. Your darling peace activists were escorted to the airport by police & Immirgration police., not the IDF.
11. If they were not attacked
Mark ,   Jerusalem   (06.07.10)
If the IDF soldiers were not attacked then the "brothers" would still be alive.
12. O'Keefe
Ram ,   London   (06.07.10)
Well, who said a leopard never changes his spots? From his narrative, I would say you could mistake him for a Pali. Bless his geart :), he disarmed what he calles a kid when it was crack commandos that boarded the ship. Then he and his fellow activists took them to the lower decks where they were given first aid? The video the IDF has provided must be cartoons or one of those hollywood type virtual reality movies. The shot and stabbed commandos must have been self flagellating masochists. O'Keefe tells it like the Palis portrayed Jenin as a "massacre". It's a shame the media lacks morals. I hope Israel will ignore world hypocrisy and continue to look after its citizens ignoring the biased world's opinion.
13. Raid on International Waters
Sultan Yegah ,   Turkey   (06.07.10)
To say the truth, they could even kill the soldiers and they wouldn't be responsible for it, because it was international territory and they had the right to defend their ship. I am curious, which genius advised to raid the ship on international territory?? Also why did IDF descend soldiers to a deck full of violent mobs 1 by 1? Why not gas the deck first? Or use sound bombs, electric shock devices, stun grenades, sleep bullets etc? Also why was Shayatet used (who are soldiers trained only to kill)? Why not Yamam (who are police who are trained to contain riots)? This is a complete disaster for Israel. I wonder what Barak was thinking when he gave the order...
14. #7 Sure, IDF in the strip bruise people everyday ... BS!
we left the Strip ,   u have amnesia?   (06.07.10)
15. semantics
daniel ,   israel   (06.07.10)
it is obvious that a breach of another country's sovereignty is allowed under the guise of these misleading words such being on international waters. this muddles completely what their intentions were, and gives the terrorists free passage to provoke israel endlessly. not very fair in my book, hiding behind dubious notions, using inexpertise of international law.
16. Don't mock our intelligence
Duchess   (06.07.10)
Do you really think anyone sane believes your lies?
17. IDF have always blood in their hand
Dani ,   Amsterdam NL   (06.07.10)
this is true perhaps because to many time they are called do defend their citizens from those who want purely destroy the State of Israel. Those who are bombing in Tel Aviv or are throwing rockets are considered heroes by "Humanitarian Organisations and UN branches. Any further comment is unnecessary and every one who approves this policy is a pure hypocrite and unfortunately for Jews and Israelis the hypocrite are the majority.
18. # 9
Birdi ,   Israel   (06.07.10)
Scumbag O'keefe tried to be a human shield in Iraq to preven tUSA & Uk from starting the war in Iraq. He failed. & was deported. (Shame!!)

Something the Muslims / Islamists fanatics no how to do very well is lie / fabricate and exaggerate. Well, leave them alone, ignore - they are not worthy of our ire.
24. no. 13 - 'Sultan' - get your facts straight
Farfurfan ,   farfurstan   (06.07.10)
You, sir, obviously have no concept of international maritime law. I direct your attention to San Remo Manual on International Law Applicable to Armed Conflicts at Sea (1993) (http://www.icrc.org/web/eng/siteeng0.nsf/html/57JMSU), specifically Part III, Section V, paragraph 67(a) and Part IV, Section II, paragraphs 93-104. Please read it before making any more comments. In addition to that, the Oslo Accords stipulate that Israel retains full control over Gaza waters until the final settlement. Israel has followed the letter of the law to a tee. On the other hand, Turkey's malicious intent is very evident and deserves an international criminal investigation, not to mention it should also be condemned for seditious libel and slander. On a personal note, if I was a Turk I would feel extremely insulted by the crude chauvinistic propaganda spouted by Mr. Erdogan. I sincerely hope that there are enough intelligent people in Turkey that do not buy into his self-serving b.s. In the civilized world emotions do not supersede the law. Get your facts straight before beating your chest in self-righteous indignation.
25. He makes the case for Israel's actions
Richie ,   Dublin, Ireland   (06.07.10)
By admitting that they disarmed troops and up to 200 of the people on the ship surrounded three soldiers and those soldiers thought they were going to die, he actually makes the case for Israel. Of course their fellow soldiers are going to respond to a dangerous situation like that. What an incredibly stupid activist to admit that. He did his cause no good and makes the case for Israel by his own admission.
26. Beaten at the airport
A Jerusalemite ,   Jerusalem, Israel   (06.07.10)
Sorry to say that reading between the lines I have to believe that he was beaten at the airport - not by the IDF but by security people- perhaps Shin Bet people at the airport. The IDF did not escort the activists at the airport and the airport authorities claim "not to be familiar" with the case... a very telling statement.
27. To Leon of Los Angeles
Noah ,   London   (06.07.10)
We need more idiots like that in the world.
28. "Activists" interviewed in Turkey
Spencer ,   Israel   (06.07.10)
What an incredible imagination these activists have.......
29. Sultan Yegah
ronald ,   bk, ny   (06.07.10)
You people need to stop with this International Waters thing. Another couple of miles and it would of been Israeli Waters, And then what it would of been justifiable? The SHIP WAS HEADING INTO ISRAELI WATERS.
30. The commandos were at our mercey
zionist forever   (06.07.10)
They stole guns They beat the soldiers They personally admit the soldiers were at their mercy and the soldiers themselves thought they were going to be killed. Sounds pretty much to me like an open and shut case, those men were in fear of their lives and they opened fire in self defense. Even if it wasn't your intention thanks for helping to prove the soldiers made the right decision when they started shooting people.
