1. you think a watered down probe will find Israel innocent?
Gedalyah ,   Israel   (06.09.10)
KEEP THE BLOCKADE IN PLACE AND FIND GILAD SHALIT!!!!!!!! netanyahu has no backbone
2. Why??....
Danny   (06.09.10)
There are two ways this is now going to go: 1) It is Goldstone Mk 2 2) It looks at the actual facts and exonerates Israel - so is called a whitewash by people who aren't interested anyway - and probably has a couple of sentences for the anti-Israelis to quote. Save your time, save your money.
3. blockade
sharon ,   ashkelon   (06.09.10)
no lift on blockade until Gilad is free. What does the world say to that, they are holding him against international law. Why no probe into why the red cross is allowed no access.
4. Israel should not cede to any "Quid pro quo"
Keren ,   IL-BR   (06.09.10)
With a quid pro quo here and another there,it is in this way the Trojan Horse has strenghtened. This is typical squatters’ tactics. Israel should seriously and honestly investigate its failures *for its own grow and progress*and not to give satisfactions to enemies willing to weak Israel more and more with undermining tactics. After Israel does that ,then it should present its honest explanation to enemies. If they can be honest (or at least pretend to be honest)and accept our true investigation and admission of our failures(in order to correct them ,first and fore most),good;if not...well if not ,there is no reason for Israel to make "homeopathic"concessions to them because it is a written goal the one of them. The "homeopathic remedy" we have been given is pure venom. We must change this script and pro-act!
5. In Ynet don't like coriander !!
Salma ,   Palestine   (06.09.10)
I'm sorry , didn't know about this ;)
6. Garbage
Scotchman ,   Australia   (06.09.10)
I don't believe this report. But if it were true, Israelis should be howling in protest at their weak-kneed government. Israel should tell the International community to go jump in the lake with their International probe. The blockade of Gaza should stay regardless of the fate of Gilad Shalit (for which Israel should be howling at the world anyway). The blockade is about weapons transfer not Shalit and the world knows that. The Gazans have plenty of food and anyone who says otherwise is a liar.
7. Let's be smart..
Free GILAD   (06.09.10)
ease restrictions of blockade on condition they free Giladi..simple as that. Israel, you have a chance here..don't mess it up.
8. NO! NO! NO! NO! NOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Talula ,   Israel   (06.09.10)
Easing up of any Gaza "blockade" should be kept as a leverage tool to get our boy Gilad back. Not for a dumb-ass probe into a boat full of knive wealding blood thirsty terrorists. Someone f****d up.......yet again!
9. Israelis are not facing reality
Flyingdoc67   (06.09.10)
I find it quaintly amusing that Israelis are talking as if the blockade is in place. Haven't your media reported that Egypt has permanently opened the Rafah crossing and is talking to HAMAS and the Quartet on what procedures are going to be put in place. The British government is also denying that this deal has taken place it is simply a story put into the ether by the Israeli government in preperation to announcing an independent enquiry into the events of last Monday evening, and the lifting of the naval blockade of Gaza.
10. Israel to Ease Blockade
NEWYORKONE   (06.09.10)
Memo to Israeli Government-Please, please, please-nothing, nothing without Gilad!
11. Easing of Blockade on Gaza.
Spencer ,   Israel   (06.09.10)
If this report is true then I am disgusted with the powers that be in Israel....Two words describe them..."No guts" Don't they realise that any easing of the retrictions we have placed on Gaza is a feather in the cap of Hamas. Next we'll be inviting them to come and talk to us.
12. Spices and cream
François ,   Montréal   (06.09.10)
With this easing of the blockade, soda, juice, jam, spices, shaving cream, chips, cookies and sweets will now enter Gaza according to Fox news. Why not mention it in your article ?
13. Something to hide?
Robert ,   Brisbane, Australia   (06.09.10)
"Israel to ease Gaza blockade in exchange for watered-down probe" Which indicates Israel has something to hide.
