Neither the USA nor Israel has agreed, as needed, to allow the ICC, International Criminal Court , any jurisdiction over either nation. Any decision by ICC concerning these nations are non-binding, without effect and have no legal standing. The blockade is legal and Israel's acts to stop the flotilla legal as well under international laws.

At around 7am they ordered us to come to the exit door one by one. I requested in Hebrew that medics be allowed to stay with the wounded; a solider told me to shut my mouth. I believe it was IHH that also funded the legal claims against Israel for Cast Lead, and it was thrown out of court before it ever got started.
