It would be illegal for the EU to send someone off to another country which would in all certainty perform human rights abuses against the detainee (i.e. the UAE will torture him). Hence he may be sent off to Germany or stay in Poland. But being sent to the UAE would go completely against EU laws.

Israel apparently killed Mabhouh, a man responsible for transferring weapons from Iran to Hamas for the purpose of genocide. Read the Hamas charter. Israel stopped the terror flotilla on its way to help the Hamas in their plans for genocide. Yet no one supports Israel.
