31. The crasy leaders
Salem Awaad ,   rafah   (06.14.10)
Ayalon the crasy, represents the kind of bad mentalities leading Israel to day. In comparison, Al Qaaeda leaders are more wise .

The two major sectors of lone IDF soldiers come from Russia & USA ; that's, it helps treasonous cooperation.
33. #29 We all make mistakes, and we all pay a price for it.
Salma ,   Palestine   (06.14.10)
The difference is my mistakes I'm alone pay the price , but the officials mistakes , millions of people pay the price for it ! by the way,I'm still in the prime of my life, and my mistakes are acceptable and possible :)
34. Diplomacy
Ron B. ,   Lod   (06.14.10)
The model of public diplomacy, that Israel has employed for decades is premised on the persuasiveness of reason, evidence, context, truth, fairness, and apology. Anyone who has been following events in Israel over the past few years understands HOW PROFOUNDLY THIS STRATEGY HAS FAILED. Israel's HASBARA strategy must shift to one that is based on power, self-confidence, and an eagerness to vigorously condemn its defamers. This is the difference between driving the debate and reacting to it, refuting lies and validating them, offense and defense, setting the agenda versus being on the agenda. 35. Jerrold Cohen, son of Jews who escaped
Robert Haymond ,   Israel/Canada   (06.14.10)
from the Holocaust, a man who has since cast Judaism aside (see the relevant post on Maan News), who represents himself as an expert in "Israeli terrorism" and notes on his website that he is a retired healthcare worker with a PhD in Educational Psychology, bandies about the terms "crazy" and "psychopath" so easily that you'd think he actually knows something. Of course, "crazy" is a non-professional term indicating that someone's thoughts or actions are somehow irrational or not within the prescribed norms. Unfortunately for Jerrold, such an adjetive would never apply to Danny Ayalon. That leaves Jerrold's use of the term "psychopath". It is confusing, quite frankly, how Jerrold utilizes this term and how it fits given the context in which he used it. In brief, a "psychopath" is a psychiatric term defined as a person without conscience or remorse. Dr. Robert Hare of UBC is the reigning expert in the field. He and his associates developed a scale of twenty scorable criteria by which the the term "psychopath" was defined. Perhaps, Jerrold Cohen, retired PhD, is simply unaware of Dr. Hare's past thirty years work. I would suggest that he read Dr. Hare's made-for-the-public popular work on the subject. I would also recommend that he cease using the term "psychopath" in his posts on Ynet as it sorely affects his already diminished level of credibility. Perhaps his posts are more naturally aimed at the inferior quality of Maan News where argument and challenging perspectives are severely imited and where anti-Israeli views are the norm.
36. #35. Dr. Bob completely misses the point... as usual.

37. Thank you, Salma, for admitting that
Robert Haymond ,   Israel/Canada   (06.14.10)
you make mistakes and, since you (like Danny Ayalon) are in the "prime" of your lives, you actually have the time to make up for them (in Hebrew, the Jewish term is "Tshuva" if you've hurt others as a result). Now, can you name one politician or head of a large organization who hasn't made a mistake, Salma? When you are responsible for many, your mistakes will affect many as will your successes and achievements. But since you, yourself, are humble and honest enough to admit that you have made mistakes, are you positing that your mistakes haven't affected other people, your family or friends, organizations, the environment? Without knowing you, specifically, I'm sure that you have had your own negative affects as you've walked through this world. I'll go even further: You'll continue to make mistakes in the future. So all I am asking is that you be less jdugemental of others, more evenhanded and more merciful just as you'd wish (I think) how others should treat you. And, incidentally, in spite of our diversion of views, I do consider you to be a valuable poster as I find some of your postings informative and of interest. Thank you.

Hey David try not to contradict yourself when you comment on blockading cement and other non military construction material as cement is used to construct underground bunkers etc but you really show your contradictions when you say you will always support Israel,s right to defend itself but it has no right to harass the Palestinians etc. how ridiculous your comments and contradictions become when they are all contained in one dumb posting ?
44. Osama bin Laden was on the boat

Osama bin Laden was on the boat too but went unrecognised as he had a shave and a haircut.
45. For the Truth.
k1w1 ,   NZ   (06.14.10)
On June 11, at the UN in New York, filmmaker Iara Lee released one hour of raw footage taken aboard the Mavi Marmara in the hour leading up to and during the attack by Israeli commandos. The footage is available to view at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vwsMJmvS0AY The footage is also available for download at: http://tinyurl.com/flotilla-footage/ Ms. Lee was able to smuggle the footage back to the US in spite of the Israeli governments best efforts to confiscate all of the footage. You can decide for yourself what happened.

48. no 18
hebrew prophet ,   israel   (06.14.10)
Hey David the confused Jew, maybe you can get a job in Hamastan overseeing foreign ships bringing in so called humanitarian aid ,rockets,mo rtars ,ammunition and other weapons of war to the poor starving peasants of Hamastan ,while the Islamofascist leaders of the Hamas earn millions of dollars a month from their tunnel rental empire ,you really are a leftist looney of the worst kind who cannot write proper English which makes us wonder about your motive in posting nonsense on a pro-Israeli/Zionist blog ,your spelling is atrocious and your choice of language even worse no you aren,t a Jew just another Arab impostor ?
49. nr. 18-david shinman-canada.
sjoerd van der velde ,   horn-the netherlands   (06.14.10)
you are absolutely right. you and the other good-willing jews cannot be held responsible for the (mis)acts/deeds of the netanyahu-administration and of (revisionist) zionism in the middle east. with people like mordechai vanunu, uri avneri, avigdor feltman, amira hass, noam chomsky etc. and with organizations like gush shalom, b"tselem etc. the jewish people can be proud of. every group/people/population has bad-willing and good-willing people always and everywhere. nobody is an angle or/and a saint. shalom and shalaam.
50. #40, 41, etc. Mr. hebrew prophet.
Yitzchak ,   Tel Aviv, Israel   (06.14.10)
Ummm. You ARE aware that by God's law, without the approval of the Sanhedrin (which DOES NOT EXIST today), a man who nonetheless declares himself to be a prophet is considered to be a false prophet and a heretic, like Jesus was. Don't make the same mistake. Even the great late Rabbi Meir Kahane OR the Lubavitch Rebbe NEVER DECLARED that they were prophets. If you continue you will only be laughed at AND will bring divine retribution on yourself. Not worth it.
51. And none were arrested?!
Petter ,   Finland   (06.14.10)
As the subject says. Every single one of them were in Israeli custody and all were released. If Ayalon is truthful here (highly doubtful) then whoever let them go was incredibly incompetent and should be fired.
52. We stopped believing the lies decades ago
Surfer Dave ,   Perth, Australia   (06.15.10)
We now know that nothing an Israeli says can be trusted. In fact, in generally, everything an Israeli says to a non-Israeli is false, deliberate lies to fool the lower ones. Sadly, we now see that it is the Israelis who are the lower ones, lower in compassion, lower in truth, lower in intelligence, because if you believe this sort of nonsense, you are truly a fool.
