1. "It hurts Palestinian interest" is the rationale for ceasing

mass murders of Jews, not because it is reprehensible...!! This is the face of the people some abroad wish us to treat with trust. Shame on you, all!!
2. Hey Salma and Nour, you reading this?
Brian Cohen ,   Judean Peoples Front   (06.14.10)
Good for Fayyad and the people who work for him. This is what we Israelis need to hear. However, if Salma and Nour are any indication, then Fayyad is wrong when he says the Pals are "united in non-violent, pacifistic resistance". What we saw today was Palestinian terror, that Salma and Nour call "legitimate resistance." Nope. It's a war crime. Those were civilian policemen. My fellow citizens. Palestinians have no right to kill them, just like they have no right to fire rockets at us or blow up our buses or restaurants. Salma and Nour - and all others who subscribe to the "legitimate resistance" lie - if you want peace with us, you'll get it. If you want war, then you'll stay silent in the face of today's attack, or worse, you'll call it "legitimate resistance to the occupation." It wasn't legitimate. It was murder.

Agreed. When I saw the headline I first thought "wow! that sounds like actual progress", but as usual it turns out to be just the same carefully worded pali bs. "Don't kill Jews (right now) because it's not politically beneficial." Way to curb that encitement, peace partners.
8. Salaam Fayyaad is the best leader to come
Robert Haymond ,   Israel/Canada   (06.15.10)
about regarding the establishment of a Palestinian state. He believes in peaceful resistance. Rather than advocating suicide bombing, he endorses economic boycotts of settlement goods and is activating Palestinians in the Westbank to establish their own economy separate from Israel. He has even motivated young adult Palestinians in his broad attempt. On a personal note, I like him because he is a jogger. My problem is not with Mr. Fayyaad but whom he represents. He is neither a member of Fatah nor Hamas. The New Fatah Charter, however, no less than that of Hamas, embraces the destruction of Zionism including its militaty, political structure, economy and culture. Destruction of Zionism is an Arab euphemism for the obliteration of the state of Israel. Until, and if, the Charter is altered and Israel is accepted, with whom can we make peace? In sum, that is my concern.
