well it's a holiday (free perk and to a large part tax deductable) for the certain selected, chosen, british executives, not their workers or any of the downtrodden (as if there are any) and they'll be able to get some shopping in too. and press hands, all very diplomatic.

problem is that Radar with the exception of software modified for special cases is obsolete! There is a much better way to detect these so called invisible planes.
