The Court also rejected the assertion that there are "moderate" elements in terrorist organizations, that one cannot separate out administrative or charitable functions of a terrorist organization from its military function. So what Hussein Obama is doing is just an outrageous attempt to put himself above the law. Perhaps Israel's clandestine services can work out a way to record or photograph such meetings. That would be another nail in Obama's coffin; another landmark on the road to impeachment.
