Sorry, but you are wrong. The principle of judicial review which has existed in American constitutional law since 1803 begs to differ. The ONLY way to override a United States Supreme Court decision on constitutionality is to write new law. Remember the Truman era steel case? Yes, Virginia, the United States Supreme Court can address actions of the executive. The Supreme Court is the final arbiter, both over the actions of the executive, and the constitutionality of Congressional acts. It would take an amendment to the United States Constitution to overrule the Supreme Court's decision about terrorist groups. Good luck. P.S. -- Here's a news flash. John Marshall was an extremely bright individual. He is responsible for the concept of judicial review. There is no "checks and balances." The United States Supreme Court reigns supreme. The only option available to override a Supreme Court decision is an amendment to the Constitution. What Sarah B doesn't seem to realize is that the "terrorist" label is merely an arbitrary US government designation when applied to Hamas - a complex combination of political party, charitable social welfare organizations, and lawful armed resistance to Israeli military occupation and oppression.
