When it comes to the Israeli/Palestinian conflict, being even handed between Israel and the Palestinians is like being even-handed between the firefighters and the arsonist. Israelis have been the victims of Palestinian terror for far too long and the failure to put the blame where it belongs is the reason why there will never be peace.

Racism basically means that one ethnic group is treated differently and has different laws imposed on them, than others. Israel never ever demanded to not be criticized. You can hardly criticized us more than we do. However, we do demand that criticism be objective and equal on all parties. Small incidents have been blown up to become baseless blood libels, and major war crimes by Arab terrorists are justified because of "occupation", if mentioned as all. We don't ask for special treatment - but honesty, which the world seems to be lacking in these days.
