The Levant Basin is not the actual gas field, Matty, it's the area in which geologists *think* gas may exist. They know some small amount exists off Gaza and drilled exploratory wells. And now we know a huge ass find is off Haifa. One thing that was NOT done was an exploratory well of Lebanon, and until that happens, there is no exact measurement of the size or amount of gas in Lebanon's waters. Until that happens - Lebanon has ZERO claim. One thing that is true is that TAMAR is located within Israeli waters and is huge!! The burden of proof is on Lebanon now...and so is the cost associated with it.
