The only way to stop Iran is to attack and destroy it's military and government and even that has enormous risks and there is only one military that can control Iran and that is the US Military. sorry, but these sanctions were a joke. There is virtually no international consensus or UN backing. We are, in short, going it alone. This entire article seems to serve only one purpose: make obama look tough. The sanctions we had in place in 2007 were far more severe and almost imploded the country. The only thing that stopped it was a collapse of the sanction regime by leftists in our own government who forged the 2007 NIE to tell us that "iran was our friend and it was just the big, bad, mean george bush who was the problem." not only are these obama sanctions weak, this is clearly a failure of the Left's "unclenched fist" approach. In due time, we will all wish that the 2007 NIE never happened... Because that was our last best chance to do this without nukes being involved.
