1. even those Gaza's tunnels are legitimate
observer   (07.02.10)
The 1986 Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties affirmed jus cogens as an accepted doctrine in international law. Breaching the peremptory norms (jus cogens law) is illegitimate. So, what's genocide if it is not strangulating siege in the air, water and ground access of Gaza; starving and bombing 1.5 million residents? Yes!, Gaza's tunnels are legitimate and must be encouraged by ALL world countries.
2. Peace and Hamas.
Ron B. ,   Lod   (07.02.10)
Peace is the last thing Hamas terrorists and gangsters want. Peace means the game is up. Peace means they’ve disappointed their god. Peace means no more excuses. They couldn’t bear peace for six months. This is a war to the bitter end. And we’re afraid to admit what it’s about. It’s not about American sins or Israeli intransigence. It’s about a sickness in the soul of a civilization – of Middle-Eastern Islam – that can only be cured from within. More about Hamas and Islam : http://xrl.us/beczox
3. Legitimacy of Tunnels...your views are clear.

If the tunnels are so necessary and legitimate, why are they not bringing food, medicines, and essential materials through them? Seems that they are being used for arms and contraband smuggling!!!
4. #3 who said that smuggling for legal resistance is illegal?
