Hamas is the root cause of the problem. There is a blockade because of the Hamas policies of war crimes (again, Goldstone's conclusion, not mine). It is clear that the two of you totally avoid addressing the Hamas problem, because even though Hamas may be "the democratically elected government", it is indeed a government that carries out war crimes. By your standards, Haniya and Meshal should be put trial for war crimes. Hamas declares it will "never" make peace with Israel, only wants war, and yet you say Israel should lift the blockade and allow the free flow of weapons into Gaza? We're obviously not willing roll over and let Hamas slit our throats, so no, for now if the Gaza kids want toys and vitamin pills they should turn to Hamas. Maybe Hamas should stop smuggling in rockets and instead smuggle in vitamin pills for kids. Maybe then we would see that they cared for the children of Gaza.
