There are too many open issues to even consider movement between Gaza and the WB, namely the rift between Fatah and Hamas, and Hamas' continued declared war on Israel. Considering those issues, too many lives on both sides are at stake because of Hamas' desire to take over the WB in the same brutal manner as Gaza in 2007, and the absolute surety of rockets and suicide bombers again targeting civilians. Until Hamas is dissolved and an absolute end to hostilities by Arab against Israel - broadcast in Arabic around the world - there can be NO movement between Gaza and WB, even if it last 1000 years.

Gaza as was envisioned in United Nations Security Council Resolution 242, as is, that Egypt accepted along with all other relevant parties to the conflict. Israel left Gaza in 2005 and is imposing the blockade because Gaza and its authorities are in a state of armed conflict with the UN member state of Israel. Israel has no obligations toward Gaza just as any country at war has no obligation towards its enemies. Egypt, which also border on Gaza, is the largest Arab state that had controlled Gaza until the territory was captured by Israel in 1967. It is high time the international community demanded of Egypt to shoulder its responsibility toward this Arab territory and apply UNSC 242 as is now!!!

The USA and the EU take turns tripping over each other to see who can hurt Israel the most. Israel loosens the blockade but does Hamas give anything up about Shalit? No. Never. Always a one-way street against Israel. If the USA had any balls, it would say "Give back Shalit or anything Israel does is OK with us." But the USA is now Islam's best friend, willing to sacrifice anyone to get in good with Hizbollah, Hamas, the PA, Iran, Syria. As for the EU, it has enough honor-murders in its own backyard to be worrying about Gaza.
