In March of this year two internal inquiries conducted by the Israeli Military police concluded that there was no basis for the claims that the IDF used civilians as human shields during Op Cast Lead. These inquiries where of course a complete cover up to hid the fact that the IDF do indeed systematically use innocent civilians as human shields while in combat zones. The IDF has gone on the record and admitted that it has used civilians as human shields a staggering 1,400 times between 2000 and 2005. Men, women and even children have been used as human shields by the IDF, forced at gunpoint to check for bobby traps or shield so-called professional soldiers from enemy fire. This morally sickening and cowardly behavior by the IDF has continued unabated for years even after the Israeli High Court ruled (in 2005) that this practice was illegal and violates international law. By far it is this utter disregard for human life and incessant need to cower behind innocent civilians which has earned Israel soldiers the reputation for being the most cowardly soldiers in the world.

because it never happened. I have seen photage of IDF in cast lead, there was no other human beside IDF soldiers, these palis forgot they can't prove their claim, people can say many things, but it doesn't mean it's true.

Look at it this way: if this was a lie would this still be worth saying? If its found true the soldiers would obviestly be put on trail but this isn't something an officer decided remember that, this is a few indeviduals who did decide on this sort of things. This kind of crimes are done in all wars of all countries really because not all soldiers are good people.

To understand why the headline is wrong, we should look at some history. First there were two soldiers from a Leftist pre-military academy who said they saw war crimes. Turned out they rehashed false rumors to hit on some girls. Then "Breaking the Silence" organization, funded by the New Israel Fund (NIF) reported war crimes. These were also invented by "Breaking the Silence" members, two non-athletic people living in mom's basement. Then Goldstone wrote his famed report based exclusively on "evidence" from the NIF-funded BeTselem organization. BeTselem reports have been proven time and again to be false. Now PCATI and Adalah (both NIF funded) rehash the same lies. The headline should have been "European-funded NIF once again accuses IDF of war crimes" Yawn

Reading this you think oh how awful and then you read again and think could this be true? Looking at who compiled the report, one could also think, well, witnesses can be coached to say anything, especially children and then you think oh well, this is just another propaganda report to vilify Israel and its army. Remember Jenin? Remember the Al Dura affair (French court concluded that the French footage was falsified) – just a few examples among many. Testimonies can be made up and sold as the truth.
