One of the largest incidents of civilian deaths, and certainly the largest in Belgrade, was the bombing of state Serbian Radio and Television (RTS) headquarters in Belgrade on April 23. As a consequence, 16 RTS civilian technicians and workers were killed and 16 were wounded.

Not to mention that on May 7, 1999, the Americans bombed the Chinese embassy in Belgrade, killing 3 Chinese diplomats. No inquiry, no Goldstone, no nothing, despite the fact that some jokers at the CIA screwed up and should have been nailed for their criminal incompetence or the deliberate attack on the embassy. Goldstone was a useful tool for the Arabs and anti-Israeli West but now that he's done and his report is seen to be obviously one-sided and the stance he took in South Africa when he was a practicing judge has become so well-known (hanging judge), he has become a persona non grata reviled in Israel, disrespected in the West and dismissed in the East.
