UN resolution 194 is a General Assembly so it is not legally binding just a glorified proposal Israel is within its rights of rejecting. I am sure that most Israelis would have no problem with the REAL refugees returning if they chose but anybody under 62 who was born outside refugees in their own right they are decendents of refugees. Refugee status is not inheritable if it is then I am a German refugee with a right of return to Germany because my grandparents were refugees from Germany. The number of real refugees alive in the world today is probably in the low hundreds and they are not getting any younger. Why do jews have a right or return & arabs dot is simple ....
