1. hypocritical purity
Michael ,   Haifa   (07.11.10)
There is sometimes a self-defeating, sickening and hypocritical purity to the left. Instead of attacking a perfectly harmless act by a group of soldiers, they should be focusing on the vicious and often cruel actions of other soldiers.
2. Dancing soldiers
Paul Schnall ,   MItzpeh Netofa   (07.11.10)
Palestinian and left wing activists, come on guys you need to smile once in a while. This was just an act by pazamniks enjoying their last week. you guys really need a life!!
3. Hebron isn't a setelment, jews live there
ghostq   (07.11.10)
more than 800 years. they can protest but they can't change history. I personally talked with a jew whoes great grandfather lived in Hebron.
4. LIGHTEN UP ALREADY
EM ,   Ra'anana   (07.11.10)
They weren't 'mocking' anyone...they were just having a moment of fun. And I don't believe that anyone who watched the clip thought differently. Lighten up and stop using every opportunity to prove to the world how miserable you are.
5. We do dance on our own streets!
Noa   (07.11.10)
6. Too much PC in the IDF.
Terry ,   Eilat - Israel   (07.11.10)
Political correctness is just plain stupid. The soldiers did absolutely nothing wrong, on the contrary, they displayed their basic goodness & humanity as well as acting their age, we need to have a sense of humour, given our circumstances, a good laugh keeps your head from exploding. As to the Leftists & their Islamic friends, these people can only be called grim - nasty, angry, hate-filled individuals with no humanity whatsoever, evil & wicked people of no moral worth, eager to seize any opportunity to bash Israel, sick, obsessed madmen .
7. Hebron Palestinians
Marlene   (07.11.10)
Look at the picture mainly europeans and from the whiteness of their skin, English, go back to your own countries and mind your own business, you have enough problems in your homelands.
8. they're just jealous they didn't think of it first and
Maxine ,   Ashkelon   (07.11.10)
get all the good PR.
9. Pals, Leftists : Get a sense of humor...
Janice Cohen ,   ירושלים   (07.11.10)
they're not "your" streets, afterall.
10. Dance is human thought and feeling
Salma ,   Palestine   (07.11.10)
You must choose, either you will be dancers or occupiers, the two don't go together ! Dance is beautiful act :) Occupation is an ugly act :(
11. #10 Typical
ME ,   USA   (07.11.10)
"must choose"?....Demands, demands, demands....that is the only language some know how to use. It gets rather old, considering it is always demands from a position of weakness......keep dreaming, and acting pathetic.
12.  Do the "leftists" in the picture above look jewish to you?
Moshe ,   NY - US   (07.11.10)
13. Behavior DID display moral flaws Palestinians were praying
lydia ,   Brisbane   (07.11.10)
14. 3 Hebron is not within the borders of the jewish state c1948
lydia ,   Brisbane   (07.11.10)
Hebron is occupied Arab land, illegally and belligerent occupied no matter who you talk to even if you talked to God.
15. White nights in Hebron
Mark ,   Jerusalem   (07.11.10)
I would like to know if the left will demonstrate if there is another terrorist attack (G-D forbid) and the Arabs go out to the streets and dance and hand out sweets because the killed some Jews. Remember these boys are protecting all Jews whether they are on the right or the left. I don’t see why these boys had to get any punishment but at least it was not to harsh.
16. take a chill pill would ya....
Tal P. ,   Los Angeles   (07.11.10)
Get real... This was funny, it was a prank by a group of 19 year olds! It was staged, no Jews or Arab civilians were in the streets. By the way Hebron is ours and it was purchased for 400 Shekels over 3000 years ago... and by the way 80% of Hebron is off limits to Jewish Israelis...including the memorial gravesites of our forefather Isaac and foremother Rivka. RELAX , drink a cup of tea and LOOK AT THE KILLING VIDEOS and other LOVELY PALESTINIAN material.... Then you will have something to demonstrate against!
17. To Hebron isn't a settlement, I agree but it is over 3000
Tal ,   Los Angeles   (07.11.10)
Jews have been around Hebron for over 3000 years not 800... but whose counting (I wish they were!)
18. Dancing In Chevron
yehudit ,   Bet Shemesh   (07.11.10)
What makes these people think that these are not our streets--besides wishful thinking? With a reaction like that, the commanders educational project should better be a dance from every patrol and any Israelis who'd care to dance along--to educate the Arabs and leftists.
19. Whose streets
Ricardo Macher ,   Karnei Shomron IL   (07.11.10)
The streets of Hebron are Jewish streets! Who doesn't belong here are strangers that come to Israel just to try to bother instead of taking care of hungry people in Africa and other places. They are pathetic! The other question is why somebody should report that 20 useless people rise a banner!
20. So Salma, Palestinians are ugly dancers?
Brian Cohen ,   Judean Peoples Front   (07.11.10)
Get off your propaganda soapbox, Salma and take your flowery poetry with you. Jews have always lived in Hebron - at least until you Palestinians massacred them and stole their land. That's a fact, not a story. Now the Jews are back legally and you want to ethnically cleanse them so you can dance the debka on the blood you Palestinians spilled? Why should Jews leave their legal homes? To give them to the Palestinian murderers who stole them? Your propaganda is weak, Salma. Explain to us why you want ethnic cleansing in Hebron where Jews have lived for millenia. Is it because only Palestinians are allowed to commit war crimes? (hijackings, suicide bombings, car bombings, driveby shootings, rockets - almost all these crimes aimed at Israeli civilians and any foreigners who happen to be in the way). Maybe it's time for the world to wake up and put Palestinian leaders on trial for crimes against humanity.
21. They ARE our Streets - go get a life!
Israel   (07.11.10)
22. They simply are not used to dancing and music
Talula ,   Israel   (07.11.10)
Hamas forbid dancing and music - even at weddings - so the whole concept is strange to them. I'm sure there isn't ONE Israeli who was expecting any nice feedback about our boys and their little dance. I think they are GREAT. What can we expect now? An appeal to the UN maybe? A new resolution forbidding our soldiers from dancing in the streets? Sad sorry loser people waiting for the chance to make something out of absolutely nothing!
23. AND SALMA #10
shu ,   uk   (07.11.10)
IS AN UGLY FACT...LONG LIVE ISRAEL.
24. go protest on your own streets
izzy d   (07.11.10)
25. Dancing in Hebron
Jakob ,   Beer Sheva   (07.11.10)
If the Arabs stage the first Gay Pride Parade in Hebron, we will stop dancing there. Who's streets are those anyway?
26. Salma #10
Jakob ,   Beer Sheva   (07.11.10)
Stop whining and bombing, start dancing! Then we'll stop occupying! I promise.
27. I loved it!
Wise Saba ,   Eretz Yisrael   (07.11.10)
Our streets, our land, our sons, they danced, so what!
28. to #10 you don't even know the history of the place
ghostq   (07.11.10)
and no Hebron isn't a setelment, go to history books you will find the jews were there, and the last time anyone checked jews can't occupy their own area, Hebron jewish area wasn't created in the late 60's begining of the 70's. and I didn't know dancing is limited to anyone. palis like to be the center of attantion when you don't get your attantion you go for riots/demonstration, if you really cared for peace you would probably do what every adult would do and that is go for negotiation, but you don't really care for that.
29. Those ARE our streets
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (07.11.10)
And if any Palestinian Arabs that Israel graciously allows to live in OUR city don't like it, they are free to leave. Don't let the door hit you in the butt on the way out of the Jewish State.
30. Salma no 10
