You are mistaken. There is quite a lot of violence in Haredi schools - they just don't publishthe fact. The pupils are punished severely (including corporal punishment together with the family of such a child), and/or kicked out. They then get assigned to 'special schools'. I know this first hand because of my profession in those self-same special schools.
