Germany could put the executives of AG Farben on trial. They skated at Nuremburg, but -- three innocent German householders died in the mudslide. If an ordinary SS enlistee knew what was stored there, it's a cinch that so did the management of Farben. And did nothing about it, resulting in three deaths.
Farben was never brought to justice for causing the deaths of millions. Maybe three German dead might make the German judicial system sit up and take notice. At a minimum, it is certainly worth a civil suit on the part of the family that lost three loved ones.
