I too welcome this probe by the UN. If they follow international laws treaties and make a fair evaluation then Turkey will come out the big looser. The Turkish government will have to explain their actions 0r rather no action during the episode and together with IHH they will be found to be the primary responsible party in the tragedy. But of course Hamas does not care if Turkey is blamed or not. They have never been a friend of Turkey, they just like to use Turkey for their benefit.

The Goldstone report was completely discredited as bias and unreliable. It let off Hamas for the wars crimes it committed and cherry picked the testimony to obtain its premeditated conclusions, which were simply to indict Israel. Hamas runs Gaza like the terrorists they are, no freedom of the press, speech, music and recently banning women from smoking water pipes. Who really cares what this group of terrorists think?

There is a report-it is called the Goldstone report. It identifies the homemade 3kg rockets which land 99.9% of the time in empty fields, far away from civilians, but nevertheless, this has been identified as a potential war crime, and shoud be investigated.
