So rather than quietly dealing with this situation - you need to make a big deal about it. We are so sick and tired of reading about the apathy of Israeli civilians. Do you prefer to be quiet and risk getting shell shocked and stunned like this forever? Men, women, children, babies, pets, entire neighborhoods are affected by one bomb like this for life. Do something about it! Don't just sit and wait for the military to act/ or not act. Protest to the Israeli government to immediately retaliate and protect you. You are obviously not being protected and if your government can't protect you - who will? Haven't you had enough yet? Apparently not - then you deserve it. If this happened in any country in Europe, thousands of people would be out in the street protesting their government. What an apathetic crowd Israelis have become.

Maybe the hamas doesnt want peace but who cares, they are fanatics and thats why noone even negotiats with them. The PO is something else and if you look at the west bank you will find ALOT less extremism then in Gaza. Note that the time the all the arab league did not recognised israel's existance had passed and peace now is only logical to stop the terrorist acts. Also giving a democratic country to a people with no country is not a bad thing. Its in this kind is situations that you need no neglect one side for only when the 2 sides are happy will this be a happy ending the the long conflict.

Today we are the whining 'Jews. The sad part is that we have a bunch of incompetent leaders incapable of making the right decisions, or simply making decisions. Instead of spending Thousands $ for a single anti rocket projectile, while the scum in gaza do well with one hundred $ or so per rocket.Why not build the same (improved) one, install batteries in the hard hit communities, and let the citizens fire back immediately at the same location with a minimum of 1/2 dz. of our rockets. NO IDF required, NO tanks or jets needed. The citizens of these communities are capable of fighting back with the proper " tools". Let " Them " taste some of their own medicine, .We will get better results, instead of this continuous whining, complaining, to a world sick and tired to listening to us.

While Hamas' rockets and half-assed missiles killed more Palestinians than Jews, I confess I didn't much care. Okay, this one -- doubtless an extremely lucky shot -- has hit home. Time to do a riff on Gaza City. Teach them what a supremely bad idea it is to mess with Israel. It should be a costly lesson. Hammer them. If we know where the Hamas cowards operate from, that would be an ideal target. Then again -- any target in Gaza would be ideal, as long as Israel makes it very, VERY clear that we will not be trifled with. No pain .... no gain. On the bright side, if the retaliatory strike that we all know is coming is painful enough, perhaps that might spur Gazans to recognize the pure folly that is Hamas and .... perhaps the Palestinian sheep in Gaza might actually wake up and do something about their so-called "leadership," which is leading them straight to hell. One can only hope -- but whether it works or not, it does need to be done. They hit our center -- let's hit theirs. Effectively.
