First of all there are many modern medical opinions that would consider male circumcision healthy. Especially for sanitation perposes and preventing the spread of STD's. Moreover it does not inhibit sexual gratification for the male, nor was it ever intended to do so. Female circumcision on the other hand is meant to deprive women of sexual gratification.
