Hi Sarah, Are you in the USA or in Israel? If you are in the USA then why does this issue bother you so much? Mr Haber is right in saying that 400 children are not the problem even though I don't like the way he expresses himself. However, it WILL do a lot of damage to Israel's image and that's something we don't need now at all. The main issue is the Shas-controlled Interior Ministry of course and we are still dealing with that constant problem that citizenship entitlement is based on religious affiliation which is very problematic in this day and age. Why not make it illegal to hire and house Illegals and levy heavy fines on the people/companies who do? When and where there is a need for imported help, have those employers put up substantial bonds to make sure that help leaves at some point or their visas are properly extended. If you want to see how NOT to deal with that entire situation, take a good look at the US. I admit not to have a real clue why entire parts of Israel's population are state-supported and exempt from having to work for a living, but maybe if that were changed,imported labor would be necessary.
