Okay, I'm here to refute this oft-stated note about the term "anti-semitism." Jews did not "appropriate" for themselves: while yes, you are so insightful to note that Jews are not the only Semitic people, the term was coined to refer to Jews alone. So Arabs and others who claim that they cannot be anti-Semitic because "how can I be against Semites because I am a Semite myself" are purposely misusing the word and eroding it of its meaning. That's why we have other terms, like "anti-Arab."
