Russians are paranoid and terrified to death of a Muslim attack and will do anything to prevent it. They have other economic interests and will play games with Muslims for monetary gain, however they will never give them anything that could potentially harm Russia, even to the smallest degree. I have a Russian wife and visited Russia a number of times talking to high officials and common people, and they all have the same opinion about Muslims. You "experts" from afar better stick with your own countries knowledge, especially that pompous Texan who cannot tell on a map where next door Tijuana or Dallas, GA are, but keeps commenting nonsense on the Middle East.

The US is a much larger nation than Austria, something you might find a tad perplexing. Both Iraq and Iran fought an 8 year war during the 80's that resulted in a stalemate.
