The courts are prejudiced against the Jews in the Jewish homeland. They end up enforcing the destruction of more illegal Jewish housing per conviction than they do illegal Arab housing by Arab settlers. So what is your problem? Asking your enemy, with whom there are no diplomatic connections, to extradite someone they will protect is nonsensical. As is presuming one is innocent even when the person is a known member of a terrorist/ murder organization: known that is by most of the world's counter-terrorist agencies.

The problem is that the Arabs don't accept the concept of Israel nor any other non Muslim state in that area. Even Israel, the size of New Jersey. It is Hamas and Hezbollah that has a lot to learn about living in peace.
