The mullah state is the EMBODIMENT OF EVIL....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
3. A rare chance for a historian
Dr D. ,   Jerusalem   (08.12.10)
This is exactly what was happening during the Inquisition in Europe. Unfortunately there is no cure for the sadists who enjoy torturing and killing "legally" under the umbrella of the Shariah and the benediction of the Ayatollahs and Mullah.
4. Okay
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (08.12.10)
The lawyer bailed and is currently in Norway (his wife is evidently not so fortunate), and this poor woman was beaten and tortured and forced to appear on national television in Iran to "confess" her alleged "crimes." By the way, in 2009, Iran acknowledged the executions of 244 individuals (which means that the REAL number is probably twice or three times that). Thus far, in 2010, Iran has acknowledged the executions of 115 individuals (with the same caveat -- that's what Iran admits; the real total is probably twice or three times that). Why is primitive, bestial Iran allowed to exist?

Iran Ala Stalin : If we don't have the evidence,we will produce the evidence,if we don't have witnesses,we will produce witnesses,if the infidels don't like it let them complain to the UN.
6. Yes, I'm real comfortable with Iran having nukes
Mark from Georgia ,   USA   (08.12.10)
These guys are maniacs. Death for apostasy? While not the only religion to preach this, Islam is the only present day religion that still practices and enforces this primitive law. Not only is there little freedom in Iran, what we take for granted, freedom of the press, freedom of religion or to renounce your religion, freedom to criticize your leaders or government etc, all don't exist in Iran. Even the lawyer had to leave town, so what is Iran's response? Kidnap and imprison his wife, to blackmail him, force him to come back into the country. Great guys, real progressive, we all can't wait till they get nukes. Then they will begin to blackmail the world, over any disagreements. Proof Positive why Iran isn't mature enough to possess the most powerful weapons on the planet. You don't let babies and psychopaths play with guns, and Iran, proves through its actions it should never get nukes.

It's strange. She was not condemned for murder, but adultry. That's some priority.
9. Sick Iranian society? Or just a sick government?
Brian Cohen ,   Judean Peoples Front   (08.12.10)
Ah yes, they are sending us what message about Islam and women? Do the majority of Iranians support the death sentence? I'm hoping the answer is no.
10. iranians killing iranians is just normal behavior there.

4 years in jail under tortures 2 kids outside alone. That cruel regime must reach an end soon - how can the ayatollah still breath? Poor iranians ! LEAVE YOUR COUNTRY LET THE WEST GO INSIDE TO KILL THE DEVIL WHO IS RULING IT NOW - THEN GO BACK AFTER 2 DAYS WHEN ALL IS OVER!
13. Takes 2 to Tango
Christy ,   Boston, US   (08.12.10)
First, I don't believe this confession as it was given under torture. However, the Iranian government seems to believe it. She has implicated a MALE cousin. Is he to go free with no punishment? Why do we read about women, and not men, being stoned for adultery?! It takes two people. How are the males punished?
14. #13
