They may or may not have been assigned against their will and if you're already in a combat unit.. why not at least give it a shot? Right? I want to know how many people volunteered to be in those combat units and asked to be combat vs those who were forced to be there.

The Jewish Agency is only interested in attracting the cream of the crop just look at all those professors and technicians they brought in from Russian who weren't Jewish. Today the only thing that matters is a diploma in a specialized field not that religion you are.

Simple, the new generation now realizes that the surrounding countries, especially Iran, Syria, Hezbo/Lebanon and Hamas want to destroy Israel. Understanding, what that means, their back is against the wall. If Israel loses, all Jews in Israel will be exterminated. While if the Arabs lose it's just a set back, until they attack again. In the next war, look for all the stops to be pulled out. The UN will have zero control, when Lebanon goes begging to the UN...like last time to stop Israel, forget about it...Lebanon will be toast. Iran afraid to fight its own battles, will do nothing. They can't without Israel wiping them off the map. Iran is far enough away where tactical nukes can be used w/o fallout to Israel. Syria can't get tio Israel as long as Israel controls the Golan. Gaza is easy to level. BOTTOM LINE: The Israeli youth is sick of the crap, go ahead call down the thunder, and you all die. Never in history...except for the USA...has a country had so much power, yet, showed so much restraint. Those days are over.
