1. There are too many military officials in Silivri who have not been charged with any crime. Similarly there are journalists, medical doctors (Dr. Haberal) professors etc. Some over one year jailed with no charges. It's OK for Turkey to attack Israel verbally, and accuse Israel of wrong doing in the flotilla incident. But when it comes to being criticized they whine like little babies. 1. That's the utter bullshit of the media that sided with Ergenekon. How on earth can anyone be put in prison without any charge? There are numerous people who were killed in unresolved murders. The military's policy have always been to incite Kurdish population and keep the conflict alive instead of solving it. PKK doesn't have the support of the major Kurdish population in Turkey. 3. 1. Since you claim that all the people under Ergenekon are cgharged with crimes here is my questions: 1.a) What was journalist Tuncay Ozkan's charges? He has been in Silivri prison over 1 year and he still does not know the charges against him. Finally about 10 days ago he burst in the court asking the judges to tell him the charges. Still no charges. 1.b) What is Professor of medicine Dr. Haberal being charged? He is a well respected Dr. Who also saved the life of one of the AKP ministers some time ago. He still does not know his charges, neither does his family. They are frustrated. 1.c) What are the charges against journalist Mustafa Balbay? He too has not been charged over 1 year. 1.d) What were the charges against pediatrician and humanist Dr. Turkan Saylan? She was also the leader of the Ataturk Thought association. Has respect for teh founder of the Turkish republic became a crime that I don't know? The list goes on and on. 2. How would you like Hamas top throw one of their toys on your home while you are inside? The homes of Dorit Benisian and Yuval Abebeh were hit by one and these little Israeli children could not see their way to even elementary school.
