The plot is getting thicker and thicker. Hariri with nasrallah's prodding, is prepared to adopt hezbo's claims of Israeli responsibility for his father's assassination. After all ,if member of a family can slaughter one of their member with the koran in one hand, and a knife in the other, what's a nice little bomb in keeping with the advances made in the fine art of murder. After all these years, if they were outside islamic jurisdiction, hariri jr. and nasrallah would surely be primed for the electric chair, the Guillotine or the hangman's noose.

Nasrallah is afraid of the public backlash and loss of popularity. Plus Saad al-Hariri, knows his forces are NOT strong enough to win a war against Hezbo. So for now the expedient thing to do, is blame Israel, for Hariri, he can settle the score another day. For Nasrallah, maybe he can still murder the son, at a later date, and still blame Israel. This is life in the Middle East, plots and intrigues.

By illustration, every time I have tryied to post a comment under Amira Haas' byline asking her to reveal the real reason why her beloved friends in Gaza had to steal her out quietly into Israel, the post never gets published. Ms. Haas has never fetched up, never told the true story. This is Haaretz. A quick scan of its postings shows a consistent and heavy bias in favour of negative articles about Israel. That they are allowed to publish at all is, in and of itself, a symbol of a free society although all societies must have limits and I would be personally delighted if we were to put some real limits on Haaretz such as no censoring of posters except in the cases of defamatory language.
