That means Abbas won't negotiate on borders, which means he's not negotiating without preconditions, which means he's challenging Israel to pull out of negotiations and look bad instead of the PA. Bibi should call him on that one and resume some building. Buildings are no obstacle - building went on in Gaza before the pullout. Some in the PA want "from the river to the sea" and declare their intended sovereignty over Jerusalem as being the first step in Israel's destruction. Where would Israelis build then?
