1. Make the driving conditions easier. This is a road safety issue! This should include reserve duty conditions. eg. There should be special hostels on army bases for drivers with good sleeping conditions..No noise..air conditioning.. better food etc. 2. A great way for Haredi and other sections of the population who object to combat roles to serve. 3.Change the way drivers are viewed in the army..in the end Israel would not survive without army drivers!
