33. No sales to the Occupiers of Kurdistan
Yaakov ,   Jerusalem, Israel   (08.29.10)
We Jews as the indigenous people of the land of Israel should support the national liberation and self-determination of the Kurds. Turkey occupies a lot of Kurdish land. We are still under a lot of occupation ourselves though in part much of the occupation ended in 1967. Our aid flotilla or choppers would actually be aid as they are not exactly be helped 100% by UN. The Radars would only be used for this dastardly use plus they would end up in Hezzie and Iranian/Syrian hands to be reverse engineered. NEVER.

Amen
39. #35 your point is?
mehmet ,   istanbul   (08.29.10)
I have no idea what your point is. Turks of today are descendants of Turks of yesterday, they stand where their interests lie and that's the path where they are going. Turks are a loyal nation to friends, ask anyone who fought side by side with a Turk in Korea, Bosnia or Afghanistan and they will tell you how we really helped you when you needed, and ask someone who visited Turkey how a country it is. Limiting yourself to brief media headlines about one of the oldest nations on earth is never a good idea.

Omri ,   Israel   (08.29.10)
Turkish economy seems to go up lately but you never know how it will end. Also like in Israel turkey makes a lot of kids and Europe doesn't. In 30 years Turkey will have about as much population as all the Europeans put together. Back in the days without Erdogan we had a lot together and we will so again, also turkey has a huge army and unlike many others they also know how to fight terrorist.
46. Kurdistan talk is BS, order comes from Iran
Seppo ,   Finland   (08.29.10)
Recently Iran tried out their protection system for the new nuclear plant. 3 drones could hit the plant and they need something better against Israel. Dont let Barak to talk with Turkey, he would sell.

JUDAH THE LION   (08.30.10)
Tayfun writes quote:-Sell your radar to Kurds,Turkey doesn't need it from you. Tayfun the fool, your country are desperate to buy these sophisticated radar, and surely Turkey will pay premium .Personally I am against selling any sophisticated military hard wear to any friendly Muslim or Arab country for many reasons

Before Edrogan the Turkish public were very good with Israel and they were friendly with the JEWS.Since edrogan came in power and his attitude towards Israel and the propaganda on Turkish TV,press,Edrogan have twisted their brain and many Turkish became anti semetic.Edrogan is to blame.

You are simply wrong. I do not support the current government and I have criticized many of it's conducts in here as well. But until the Gaza war the Israel-Turkey relations, which was a 6 year course since AKP came to power, was the same with before. Then the unfortunate flotilla incident caused the relations soar, it is simply wrong to blame it all on AKP as any other government would also be furious. The Gaza war is Israel's business so I won't comment on it but the low chair incident was purely insulting as well as an advanced army like Israel's could find a way to deal with the flotilla without killing anyone, those 2 were major Israeli mistakes so you should also make some self criticize instead of blaming everything on AKP with regarding the recently souring relations. But the overwhelming majority of Turkey believes in Israeli-Turkey relations and what you see on TV is a few thousand fanatic show offers in a 75 million country, if you know what I mean.
51. Mehmet no 50
(08.30.10)
Dear Mehmet, You may be against the current Turkish Government, but majority of Turkish people supports him. In regards to the Gaza war, what do you expect.Hamas was sending thousands rockets towards Israel.I would like to ask you a very simple question, and I would like an honest answer from you as I believe you are nice guy.The question is.If the Kurds or anyone of your neighbour such as Greece, will fire not thousands but let say one hundred rockets towards Turkey, what would Turkey do? The Turkish flotilla was sent to increase problems with Israel with the blessing of the Turkish Government. Most of the aid on board was rubbish and OUT OF DATE sh--- medicine (USELESS).I have seen the anti ISRAEL DEMONSTRATION all over TURKEY and how some of them behaved.Sorry I really don't agree with you when you said QUOTE:FEW THOUSANDS FANATIC SHOW OFFERS IN A 75 MILLION.The way your TV,PRESS,AND SHOWING HOW ISRAELI SOLDIERS KILLING,etc,.is really DISGUSTING. If i was non Jew and after seeing these horrible propaganda about Israel and the IDF on your TV,I will become anti Israel and anti JEWS. Mehmet I think you are lovely GUY,but please don't twist things. SALAMAT YA HABIBI FIRST COUSIN

Mate, look, the reason AKP has support in Turkey is due to economic reasons, if you are interested in politics, take a look at Turkey's past elections and you can see no religious-tending party has ever gathered more than 20% vote. AKP voters do not vote as to have more mosques or to have problems with Israel, they simply want a better life as in every other part of the world, trust me I know. About Gaza war, I already said I do not want to comment on it as it's sort "none of our business". But the low chair and flotilla incidents were major mess up's by Israeli's, the low chair was insulting and something I'd expect from the likes of Qaddafi, and flotilla incident, there were provocative people and rubbish material probably but Israeli army could still find a way to deal with it without loss of human life. I watch everything you say and I am not anti jewish or anything, and so everyone around me. As I said what you say on TV doesn't symbolize the majority view, it's only a minority. If it was as you said, I'd say yeah but it will change. But, it's simply not like that. Shalom
