The notion of "tactical nukes" can't be applied to Israel. The country is to small. A tactical nuke even droped into lake Kinneret would be an ecological destruction of the country for 400 years.

Because you are oblivious to what words mean, let me explain my response to #2. #1 was indicating that if Iran attacks Israel with nukes, the death toll would include Palestinians and others north of Israel. Then #2 offered up tactical nukes as solution to minimize the damage. My response to # 2 being "collateral damage" was a way of saying that regardless of what type of nuke, there would be collateral damage. Collateral in this case, Mahmood, would include many who are near and not so near the strike. That, Mahmood would encompass many.
