1. what are you waiting for??!!
alexi   (09.03.10)
Eliminate zahar, haniyeh, masri and their key aides. Blast every gas station in north gaza. No, barak knows better. He will allow jews to be killed on the west bank while limiting their access to guns. Like he watched 2 idf soldiers lynched in ramallah and did nothing. It took a long time to get rid of olmert, the dictionnary definition of a coward and crook. its taking a long time to get rid of barak as well who wants the limelight. After the holocaust, israel must make the world pay for acts against jews. Instead barak sits there and does nothing.
2. Where is the objections of liberal peaceniks
galut ,   selah   (09.03.10)
that want this peace process to suceed? where is thier objections to The Hamas violence? thier silence is deafening..... no public protest of Hamas actions...? could it be they secretly support hamas terror and murder?
3. Hamas will be erased, no doubt
iObserver and News ,   LA- USA   (09.03.10)
The PALs resistence is down to a handful of loonies who have no nation-building skills and no backing from the international at this point: they've disgusted the world with thier murderous ways and outstayed their welcome among even fanatics. The hated Hamas idiots will suffer a humiliating defeat along with Iran, Hezbollah and Syria...leaving Turkey in an embarassing situation...which they deserve. May hamas disappear immediately!
4. because
Pini ,   USA   (09.03.10)
your militant PA side does not agree with you and is in accord with Hamas, you are so corrupted that they are making sure not to plan attacks in PA areas so as to make Israeli Security seem weak and want to give up the lands to the PA. Israel needs to enter gaza and systematically kill hamas
5. I do believe them!
tom ,   tel aviv   (09.03.10)
One thing you can count on is the arab hatred of Jews. When they say the'll kill you-they will. There's not much one can do to prevent it, when having a large , murderous , fifth column living in the midst of one's country. They do (or don't) as they please and the proof is in the fact that whenever it is "needed", from their point of view, they somehow manage to" kill a few"... And we've managed to relate to this as just another Force Majore: some poor folks gonna get it, what can you do..? Peace before Life! O'Bama Akhbar!
6. At this point all the "fearless" leaders ...
Malone ,   Hfx   (09.03.10)
...of Hamas are eating caviar in their bunkers, well protected, encouraging all the brainwashed pals to be "martyrs". Truly a pathetic lot.
7. The Jews Of Judea And Samaria Are Not Afraid
Yishai Kohen ,   YeShA, Israel   (09.03.10)
We will continue living our lives, driving OUR roads, building OUR land, and nothing Hamas OR the Philistine Authority can do will change that. The nation of Israel has survived every enemy in history. These terrorists will come and go. We will not.
8. Why don't just leave the talks ?
Laurent ,   Jerusalem, Israel   (09.03.10)
Don't we have enough legitimacy to leave the talks ? 3 attacks since the second these talks started, 4 deaths, 3 injuries, 7 orphans, official threats to keep on more efficiently ! Keeping on shows weakness and not strenghts!
9. And...
(09.03.10)
Dan ain't too hard on the eyes either...!
10. Two sides of the same coin
Nick ,   Tel Aviv, Israel   (09.03.10)
Violence has increased because Barak removed the security that had been stopping it. Of course he did this with the intention of making the PA look like heroes. He traveled "secretly" to Jordan. Doesn't it occur to anyone that maybe Barak isn't really working in our best interest? Maybe his paymasters are located outside Israel? There is no real difference between the PA and Hamas. They share a single goal: eradicate the Jewish state. Hamas took up the armed struggle role, PA put on a Western business suit and learned their PR lessons from America. Smooth talk but still the same heart. Unfortunately, we might soon see how the B'tselem/Shalom Achshav crowd behaves when their friends get control. The leaders of these orgs will be protected, as they always are; but what about the proletariat?
11. If G-d forbid Israel will give the Arabs a piece of land
Shalom   (09.03.10)
you should expect Arab terrorism at least 10 times daily and perhaps even reaching to the Leftists in Tel Aviv.
12. Fighting Occupation
Mike Van Harris ,   Antwerp Belgium   (09.03.10)
This is not terror, this is fighting occupation and its legal.
13. Hamas attacks ?
Barbara ,   Haifa Israel   (09.03.10)
This is not Hamas, per se, behind these attacks. It is the Iran.
14. IDF knows hamass buildings, send rockets from drones. So
Bunnie Meyer ,   Los Angeles, CA USA   (09.03.10)
what if some terrorists die, just tell the UN and the EU and the PA to FOff.
15. can they show their bloody FACE...
Anna Maria Sedda ,   Italy   (09.03.10)
so at least we know WHO we are talking to and what they look like? Are they women?
16. who are we talking to?
Anna Maria Sedda ,   Italy   (09.03.10)
in Islam women cover they face and body, but never seen a men covering his face....Are they palestinians,muslims,women,men..what religion and wich people they rappresent?the unknown people ?Do they have names, surnames, are they human or animals or they come from a planet we have not discovered yet?are they the ALIENS?
17. :: Galut - #2
Matty Groves ,   Fairport   (09.03.10)
The same could be said about the Israeli public when the Yesha Yobs announced months ago that they were embarking upon Op Price Tag where they would attack and terrorize the innocent Palestinian civilian population in the WB for every action the Israeli Gov took against their illegal building. Where was the Israeli outcry and objections when armed settlers stormed Palestinian villages and opened fire with live rounds? Where were the Israeli protests when settlers destroyed thousands of olive trees and set fire to numerous fields of crops belonging to the Palestinians? Can you recall any Israelis demonstrating against the violent assaults on Palestinian men, women and children? Why are you only now calling for public protest over the violent actions of Hamas when the illegal settlers have been running riot in the WB for months shooting at Palestinians and destroying their homes and livelihoods?
18. Mike Van Hubris
Linichka ,   Gdynia, Poland   (09.03.10)
Murder and terrorism are illegal, you smug, pompous creep. Guaranteed you'd sing a different song if minorities in your wretchedly dull city started employing Hamas tactics. You clearly have no understanding of Israel.
19. #7 Yishai
Logic ,   Israel   (09.03.10)
With all due respect, if I were you I wouldn't use the term "Philistine Authority", since some Palestinian functionaries claim that their people are descended from the Philistines in order to claim historical ties to this land.
20. Israel vs Hamas
Brod ,   USA   (09.03.10)
Very simple. If Hamas launches any terrorist attacks on Israel, Israel should immediately dethrone them and replace them with Pro-Israel Gazans.
21. Of course ...
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (09.03.10)
... Israel has the option of turning Gaza into rubble. That will give Hamas something to do. Oh wait! Not if they're all dead.
22. #12 - war crimes are not legal...ever
William ,   Israel   (09.03.10)
Shooting civilians and purposely avoiding a confrontation with an army is not only immoral, its also illegal, and the most basic definition of terrorism we have today. There is a fight against "occupation" right now, and its in Washington DC, based on diplomacy. If terrorism is considered legitimate, then so is a huge car bomb in front of Gaza's new mall on the busiest day of the week, isn't it?
23. #17 - do you selectively read the papers?
William ,   Israel   (09.03.10)
You're quick to respond to critics like #2 on the silence of NGOs and Intl groups by stating "they issued a condemnation (but not a call for investigations or war crimes)"... but seem to always miss the pertinent articles and talkbacks that would easily contradict your own accusations? You must be selective in your reading - you assume that all settlers are running around with guns, burning crops, etc. and haven't presented any real facts to that point. While Brian of Judea has done a great job in presenting proof of coexistence between Arabs and settlers. Again - it doesn't fit your myopic perspective so why accept it. I believe they call it by a mental condition now called " confirmation bias".
24. #12 Twerp from Belgium
Hal ,   Usa   (09.04.10)
No dumbass, terror is what your country did to the rubber plantation workers in the Belgium Congo when they refused to become slaves. Their hands were cut off. Now Mikey, get the fook out you moral cripple!
25. Re :: 17. :: Galut - #2
galut ,   selah   (09.04.10)
where there is unprovoked violence on the part of settlers against palistinians I 100% agree with you... when settlers or Israel responds to unprovoked attacks by Hamas ,hezbulah or miltant factions of the PLO you will also find me 100 % in thier court....
