between MIT and the Technion, initiated by my son Chaim Kutnicki & fellow 'Techer', Sam Korb (with back up from Hillel) and was up and running fully by 2007 when he graduated. Since it was not conceived by administrators, but was the brainchild of students, it is both unique and awesome. The faculty supports it in many ways. Google, Chaim Kutnicki + Hibur and see for yourselves what innovative students can accomplish! The writer should have know about this too.
