All this is good and fine. Helping people is expected, and we should be leading in these efforts. But what I object to is when Israelis NEED and MUST go abroad for medical care and then MUST find the money to pay for it, without the aid of humanitarian do gooders. Why exactly is that? Charity as they say begins at home and whereas I have no problems with helping others I do have a problem reading of the wonderful things we do for foreigners and how our people must pay their own medical expenses....something just doesn't add up....

I'm all for helping others in need but then again as you say, our people, the israeli like myself paying for years and years health insurance but when we the israelis need, we must beg for our own survival and often at times., we die as we don't receive the much needed treatments as we as israelis deserve.

in the US. There's money for health care for charity & children born in the country to illegal aliens, but many citizens go without or struggle with huge bills. Personally I think it's just part of the plan towards worldwide redistribution of wealth. And as a Bible believing Christian I think this redistribution is leading up to the rebirth of the "Revived Roman Empire" as foretold in Daniel & Revelation.
