1. Actually, the EU is being colonized.
Terry ,   Eilat - Israel   (09.20.10)
Truth be told, the EU is chock full of ''settlements'' as Europe is in the process of being colonized by Muslim immigrants. The EU would be advised to tend to their own dire circumstances rather than meddle in other people's business. And, as if being conquered by Muslim invaders was not enough, they are also going bankrupt, & guess what? This bankruptcy is the result of policies by the same Leftist elite that fostered surrender to Islam resulting in an anti-Israel policy position. This is no coincidence but rather an alliance between two basically undemocratic ideologies, not to mention the self-interest of Leftist traitors to import votes & stay in power. Yesterday, I made the comment that this might change because of the rising discontent among normal average people with common sense as seen in the success of Geert Wilders. Yesterday, an anti-immigrant party managed to win seats in Sweden's parlement. Hope & Change.
2. The noose is tightening
Nour ,   Palestine   (09.20.10)
Still think the illegal settlements are worth keeping? Still think peace is not worth it? Did you really think you could get away with occupying 4 million and keeping 5 million others away from their homes because of their ethnicity and religion? Wake up sweeties, BDS is knocking on the door.
3. VNG
Nick ,   Den Haag Holland   (09.20.10)
The VNG is full of left-wing parasites and import arab.
4. I just don't get it!
(09.20.10)
How is it that "mega-leftist" Europe finds itself aligned with "mega-rightist" hardline Islamist terrorists? What's that about? Do they not realize that it is their own destruction they are calling for?
5. End Dutch Occupation!
Eli ,   Amsterdam   (09.20.10)

7. Brussels
Serge ,   Antwerp, Belgium   (09.20.10)
Brussels, where the EU offices are located will be the first city with muslim majority in Europe. Already now, there are parts of the city which are no go zones for the police and where muslim criminals operate freely.
8. Re #2
Andrew Brehm   (09.20.10)
Cynicism is a sin. It was your side, not we, who rejected peace and keep rejecting peace. According to which law are the "settlements" illegal? And yes, as long as you (Arabs) don't change your policies and keep attacking and murdering non-Arabs, be they Jews in Israe, Africans in Sudan, or Kurds in Syria and Iraq, we do think it's worth it to keep you under a strict watch. We never kept anyone from their homes because of their ethnicity and religion, unless you think it was your ethnicity or religion that made you attack Jews in 1948. When the Arabs came to murder us, Palestinian Arabs RAN. Instead of defending their country, they RAN. Now stay away. We know we cannot trust you. And yes, Europe is abandoning Israel. The situation is dire, so they abandon us; just like the Palestinian Arabs did in 1948. But that's nothing to be proud of. Every coward abandons the side that looks like it's losing. For the coward ideals mean nothing, only victory does. Peace might be worth it, IF the Arabs ever agree to any kind of peace. But the Arabs rejected the borders of 1948, the borders of 1967 and the borders of 2000. You cannot reject peace all the time and then blame the other side for it. At some point you will have to take responsibility for your actions. Peace now! Withdraw from Darfur, withdraw from Kurdistan, withdraw from Aram, withdraw from Phoenicia, and withdraw from Israel. That's what peace would mean. Are you ready for that?

NIck,start to awake your people from their deep sleep
13. Karel De Gucht
Serge ,   Antwerp, Belgium   (09.20.10)
Karel De Gucht, Belgian commissiner in the European Commission, said last week that a rational discussion on Israel is not possible with any jew. Ashton supported De Gucht by saying he is no antisemite. Barrosso did not condemn this remark, just saying this was not the commission's opinion.
14. Boundary?
vitenberg ,   FRANCE   (09.20.10)
Once more I see that the tacit acceptance of the french version of the 242 UNO resolution is the heart of our relationship with Europe. A lot of people are speaking A lot of stories. You want telling the Europeans they ars colonized? I think it's quite useless and irrelevant. In France people says:" Qui ne dit mot consent" May be I hope it is not too late speaking frankly, not running away .
15. A Dire Warning to All "Israelis":
Salma ,   Palestine   (09.20.10)
Leave the Occupation NOW or You might have no friends !
16. Since the EU sinking under an Islamic
DT ,   TA Israel   (09.20.10)
tide then EU should have long been viewed as the enemy it is along with inherent hatred for Israel in many Europeans.
17. THE EU'S ISLAMIFICATION IS DRIVING ITS ANTI-ISRAEL BIAS
stude ham   (09.20.10)
at the rate of islamic growth in the EU it won't be long before st. peter's in rome, notre dame in paris, and st. paul's in london, are all converted into mosques.
18. #1, then what will u say about America
kuhl blitz ,   Doha / Chennai   (09.20.10)
in your words - America is chock full of "settlements" as America is already colonized by Jews. They took over Free Market of America and led it to Recession of 2007!!!! And also any atrocities by Israel is blind to jew-chocked america! India and China have a huge population and several issues --- how come Palestine (such a small population) is being heard a lot. Oh, don't put up saying all arabs support Palestine. Because, I live in Arab world and I tell you - Arabs are merchants (very good in that) and they don't care about Palestine or even their own country. It is always the European and Americans who have passion to bring justice to the old, remove illegal occupations, etc.... So, look out for them. And also, don't be like an Arab. There is a joke - a boy trips and falls; arabs say Jew must have planted the stone on the road to make the boy fall. In the sense - Arabs blame everything for Jews. Now, it is the other way round - you keep blaming Muslims if Holland guy doesn't let you in. Come on man - being an Indian, I am proud to support Israel and one day wish to visit your beautiful country. You need to be more proud and stop being a small girl pointing fingers
19. Funny
Israel Israeli ,   Tel Aviv   (09.20.10)
Israel's legitimacy was never greater than in 1992 when Fatah/PLO was in Tunis and Shamir/Ahrens defeated the First Intifada, even though Israel was "an occupier". Ever since 1993 when Rabin imported Arafat to Israel, Israel's legitimacy is constantly decreasing, despite all of Israel's concessions and stated desire to establish a new Arab state and the increasing calls for the extermination of the Jews in the Arab world. Apparently, Israel's lack of legitimacy has nothing to do with the so-called "occupation" but with the Israeli Left's acceptance of the myth that the Arabs have national rights over Israel and not the Jews.
20. Europe's two faced attitude: on the one hand promoting the..
Jehudah Ben-Israel ,   Qatzrin, Israel   (09.20.10)
...national self-determination of a people whose members, for them most part, didn't perceive themselves as a "people" as late as the 1960s. On the other hand many in Europe question the right of national self-determination of a people that has been around as such for nearly 4,000 years. The first is the "Palestinian" people. The second is the "Hebrew/Israeli/Jewish" people. I no longer wonder what is in the mind of Europeans. It is clear to me: this is the continuation with which the continent has dealt with the Jewish people for hundreds of years but for a very short stop of two generations after the Jewish Holocaust. But the Holocaust is over in the minds and hearts of the same people who have accused us of having killed the "son-of-god", thus, back to Jew hating and the hating of the Jew's national home: Israel.
21. Bless the Netherlands..
RJBH ,   Methil   (09.20.10)
As a frequent visitor to Holland... I am from time to time made aware of the Dutch Attitude to the Zionist State...and I have almost always been pleased ...Bless the Dutch
22. Not all europe
Omri ,   Israel   (09.20.10)
The highlights of anti-Israel are west Europe. If you take a look in Russia the public is actually extremely pro-Israel, almost like in USA. Italy and Germany also take a much less radical statement considering Israel.
23. DIPLOMATIC ISOLATION
Jaffer ,   Coimbatore, India   (09.20.10)
If this kind of attitude continues soon Israel will face boycotts from all over the world. This has been echoed by the recent US condemnations. In other words the State Of Israel is going towards a total "DIPLOMATIC ISOLATION"
24. Such statement is not factual but part of psychological war
Schreiber   (09.20.10)
by the EU leftists against Israel. The EU bureaucrats were just as harsh against the timid attempts by France to enforce its immigration laws. They compared the removal of Gypsy illegals to a "Holocaust". They had to apologize after that. It's all theatre, it's all psychological manipulation. The people of Europe now regret having slaughtered their Jews and brought in people that want to dismantle the best of European culture. They know it, but they are afraid to say it. Just watch how the right, even the fascist right, will rise all over Europe. Once it gains foothold in one country, it will spread. The multicultural experiment has failed.
25. :: Don’t worry
Matty Groves ,   Fairport   (09.20.10)
Israel will be embraced by the EU once Israel stops its occupation of Palestinian land, recognizes the sovereign and independent state of Palestine and declared its permanent Israeli borders. How long before the EU embraces Israel is really up to Israel as it must first change its counterproductive policies and embrace peace.
26. Salma

You need to wake up. They just publish these types of articles so that the many readers who support Israel will get all fired up... Makes for better sales.
30. How right you are Terry, Eilat!
Christian ,   Sweden   (09.20.10)
Yes we are in a dire situation in parts of Europe being the target of Muslim mass immigration that adds up to nothing less than a cultural suicide. Our political liberal leftist EU supporting elite is responsible for these suicidal policies. Yesterday we took one important steep forward in Sweden by electing the Swedish Democrats, an immigration critical party, to parliament. And by the way SD is an openly Israel friendly party. Sadly enough our Jewish community choose the election day to express its support of Muslim immigration and its condemnation of rightist nationalism and islamophobia and that in a situation when Jews in Sweden are under constant attack from radical Muslims. And by the way there are Jews in leading positions in the Swedish Democrats. I gave my personal vote for one of them.
