It was the USA that for almost the first 200 years of its existence tolerated racism against Jews, not just blacks. Now with the settlements in the West Bank, No Arabs have forced off their land, The settlements were mostly built on vacant and unused land. In other cases land was purchased. The settlers were not forced onto the land, and in some cases, some were just returning to where they lived before Jordan threw them off the land in 1948. Put simply, Arabs have NOT been displaced or forced off the land. The people (Jewish settlers) that moved there did so voluntarily. So this Law does not apply.
