You,re being a typical Palestinian hypocritical when you compare Turkish oppression of the Kurds to Israeli self defence against rabid rabble rousing Palestinian stone throwing imbeciles ,as there,s no justification whatsoever for the gassing of the Kurds and the human rights oppression for a seperate independent Kurdish autonomous state ,with Kirkuk and Mosul as it,s two main cities plus the adjoining oil fields that come with the terriitory but what do ignorant stuipd Palestinians know about anything except childish stone throwing activities ?

As I've stated before these are just non-binding legally speaking, views of this particular committee. Their judgment that the blockade was illegal was not even based on any law. But their opinion that on the day of the flotilla incident, that a "humanitarian crisis" existed. They don't say how they came to that conclusion. These picture here negate that anyways: http://current.com/1a6e04c So all that was left was did the IDF use "disproportional force" a subjective opinion, that the video's taken at the time of boarding negate. As we see here: http://naturalism7.blogspot.com/2010/06/gaza-flotilla-raid.html Not only was the blockade and enforcement of it legal. But the passengers actions, put into question their status as civilians or combatants. So what we have is a group that simply confirmed their stated conclusions...that Israel was guilty...made in June 2010, shortly after the incident. As we all know, any body that is going sit in Judgment must be impartial, clearly this group had already come to a conclusion before they even sat down to hear the evidence. In the U.S. one of the most important points of a fair trial, is that the people judging the actions, not have made their decision before hearing the evidence. Judges routinely Recuse themselves if their is a conflict of interest. The same is true of jury selection. Yet this group, who had made their mind up...according to their own statements...lacked that most important quality to sit in judgment, impartiality. Israel pointing that out, is only fair. Anyone of us would do the same if we were being judged by people we considered bias. It not a question of name calling. The fact is this committee did in fact condemn Israel's action immediately after the incident. So how can they sit in Judgment and say they are impartial?
