people couldnt be bothered to shop elsewhere. In either case people there have too much money (North TA) and too little brains.

What about the piece of garbage next to the old city? It was built for tourists but what about those of us who live in this city?

I don't even see what makes Ramat Aviv such a desirable place to live. Its on the outskirts of Tel Aviv just off the main highway which anywhere else would probably lower the value of the property but its still not a cheap place to live. As for all those luxury new builds, all that money for a view of the highway. If I had the money to live in a place like that I would look for something a little closer to the beach. As for the mall I stick to the local malls & high streets when I need to go shopping.
