And they rely upon a document written in Hebrew with no translation or showing that such document was ever written in Maguire's native language or translated for her before her signing. Is thei what passes for Israeli law?

We are not required to translate our legal documents into English for the sake of English speakers anymore than the USA would be required to translate its documents into Hebrew. Well done to Israel's Supreme court for rejecting this woman's attempt to get into Israel. Hopefully she'll be deported very soon. Only problem with that is that she will come back to Ireland and bore us all to tears with her anti-Israel rants. Pity we can't deport her from here too.
