Brian Cohen ,   Judean Peoples Front   (10.05.10)
Subsidized living? Free land? WHERE?!?!?! I WANT SOME TOO!!!! What kind of ignorant propagandist are you? Do you just sit at your computer in Texas sucking back 6-packs and bang away on your keyboard? What an ignorant boob you are. You've obviously NEVER been here, nor bothered to check any of the crap you post about "free" this and "subsidized" that. My taxes on my "free land" keep going up. Any "subsidies" I got were chopped from the budget years ago. So, Ignorantscot - why don't you share with us your factual information about how my paid-for land is free (my wife would love to find that one out, make the rebate check out to her, will ya?) and my accountant would love to hear about all the subsidies his clients should be getting... he'll put in the claim for back-subsidies that haven't been paid to us. Crikey - good thing I've been to Texas a few times so that I know that most people there aren't as ignorant as your talkback.
32. Oh, nonsense!
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (10.05.10)
Contemplate the possibility -- no, the likelihood -- that the Arabs are vandalizing their own houses of worship in a vain attempt to blacken Israel's eye. We've seen it before. Try harder. This one's old news.

Trouble makers? All Settlers? Wow, thats a very broad statment. Perhaps instead of using your intuition, perhaps instead use criminal statistics to prove your point. If the setters are trouble makers as you say then crime rates must be through the roof. Police units must be working day in and day out. The prisons must be filled with setters and the drop out rates must be the highest in the country. Job rates most likely low, and taxes...huh, they probably dont pay their taxes either... Oh wait a second....The settlers actually have the lowest crime rates in the country, the highest graduation rates, the most combat soldiers defending ALL of Israel, the smallest police per citizen ratio. So leave your politics and your generalizations seporate. You dont agree wit hthe settlements? Fine, just be intelligent about it. Dont gerneraize and dehumanzize 300,000 Jews.
35. No IFS No BUTS.
Tim ,   Brighton   (10.05.10)
Lets be clear This is criminal damage and incitement and is against the law - Period These people have broken Israeli law and have to pay the consequences NO IFS NO BUTS
36. Terrorism. Shame
Ricardo Macher ,   Karne Shomron IL   (10.05.10)
As a Jew and a settler, I feel ashamed. They are terrorists and bring harm to our cause.
37. Of course as we all know, anything the settlers or the IDF
Peter ,   Vienna-Austria   (10.05.10)
Does, that provokes the other side is considered legitimate and there's no reason to question it. The funny part of all of this is that these people actually believe that the palestinians are deliberately damaging their own structures to gain sympathy. How pathetic can you get to make it sound like this? That's how the israeli system is and this is why they refuse to let in international inspectors to israel.
38. Divine Circuit Breaker
Adam Neira ,   Melbourne, Australia   (10.05.10)
There is a trust matrix that encompasses all of Creation. A divine hierarchy must be established. People should not pay lip service to such a concept. They might also like to reacquaint themselves with Isaiah 2:4. An elite “A Team” of trust builders needs to be created to assist the prophesied redeemer in his job. World Peace by 2050 is worth about $120 Trillion Global GDP at a 3% annual growth rate.
39. Which "peace talks" ??????
Amihai ,   Yesha   (10.05.10)
How anything could hinder something which isn't going on ???? Since the so-called "PA" refuse even the idea of talking currently...
40. Let me rephrase #3: Palestinians targeting civilians
Brian Cohen ,   Judean Peoples Front   (10.05.10)
I should have been much more accurate in my subject line. The Palestinians are not targetting synagogues or buildings, they are trying to kill civilians. The fringe group of allegedly Jewish extremists (and it's still a possibility that the Pals did this themselves, since we've had good relations here in Judea for over 40 years) tried to burn the mosque in Beit Fajr. On the other hand, the Palestinians are explicitly targeting Israeli civilians for assassination. Here's what Amnesty International has to say about it: "Whether or not attacks actually result in civilian casualties, they are in violation of international law, which also prohibits attacks aimed at spreading terror among the civilian population. The patterns of attacks and statements by members and leaders of Palestinian groups also indicate that they have no qualms about launching attacks against civilians and that they in fact carry out such attacks intending to kill and injure Israeli civilians. Such attacks constitute war crimes." Amnesty International, July 2, 2009
41. mosque burning
ed ,   reno, america   (10.05.10)
couple of questions this is reported as truth by the corupt palestinian authorities? my second question is you make it sound like you don't think islam is the driving force behind the palestinians are you blind or just stupid? another observation is how can you blaspheme a false prophet of a false god. allah is not god.
42. barak
yaniv ,   uk   (10.05.10)
Shame on you Barak to be labeling them as terrorist, this man will sell the jews to america for any price. They vandalized the mosque, they didnt kill innocent civilians.
43. #42 barak
Israel Israeli ,   Tel Aviv   (10.05.10)
From the mouth of the morally repugnant Ehud Barak, the label "terrorist" isn't an insult. I think it was more than 10 years ago that Ehud Barak showed his true face when he said that if he was an Arab he would join a terror group and murder Jewish civilians.
44. Let the settlers stay where they are...
jonathan ,   London/ Israel   (10.05.10)
and let them become part of a future Palestinian state. Nobody's asking them to move. It's their choice. It's like an out of control child having a tantrum. Best not to engage with it...
45. Mosad MONKEY BUSINESS
Ron ,   USA   (10.05.10)
Same thing "happens" (hmmm) everytime the govt needs to make "settlers" look bad for political reasons.
46. Makes no sense!!!!!!
YRF ,   US   (10.05.10)
Settlers would not do any of this. More likely Arabs or Israeli govt did it to MAKE them LOOK bad.
47. no.25
hebrew prophet ,   israel   (10.05.10)
Agree with you 100% wise Saba as the Palestinian hierarchy in cahoots with their Islamofascist Hamas don,t want peace at any cost ,cause that will mean accepting responsiblity for their own state and citizens and no more massive fraud and corruption permitted ,already been going on for 62 years ?
48. #44. Jonathan - Thanks for the kind offer...
Sammy ,   Newcastle   (10.05.10)
Hi Jonathan Thanks for the kind offer... We will have enough problems absorbing Palestinian Refugees let alone Lawless Jewish Settlers! Thanks - but no thanks
49. Burning Mosque
Bruria   (10.05.10)
Shame on you YNet for printing such garbage! There is no proof yet who did it. As in the past this could easily be a PA sympathy ploy. Where were you when the shot up a 9-months pregnant woman with her husband and 2 other people? What about the continuous, daily attacks against Jews and their property? What about breaking the hand of a man in his 70's because he was trying to go into his "legally owned" home. Yet a few pages of a koran are singed and some carpets damaged and you are screaming for Jews to be jailed. You shame yourself.
