The fringe group of allegedly Jewish extremists (and it's still a possibility that the Pals did this themselves, since we've had good relations here in Judea for over 40 years) tried to burn the mosque in Beit Fajr. On the other hand, the Palestinians are explicitly targeting Israeli civilians for assassination.
